SCHNAUZERS OF TAYLOR

HEALTH GUARANTEE AND PURCHASE AGREEMENT
This agreement is entered into between Schnauzers Of Taylor (“Breeder”) and the Purchaser listed on the accompanying sales record.
HEALTH GUARANTEE
1. The puppy is believed to be in good health at the time it leaves the Breeder’s care. Puppy has been health checked by breeders vet and is if sound health. 2. This puppy is guaranteed for a period of one (1) year from the date of birth against death resulting directly from a hereditary or congenital condition.3. The Breeder cannot guarantee any genetic breed identification, ancestry results, or health testing results provided by any third-party company or testing service.4. In the event the puppy dies within the one-year guarantee period due to a hereditary or congenital condition, the Purchaser must provide:
* Complete veterinary records;* A written statement from the attending veterinarian;* A necropsy report performed by a licensed veterinarian establishing the cause of death.
5. Upon verification of a covered hereditary or congenital cause of death, Breeder will provide a replacement puppy of comparable value from a future available litter within a year. No cash refunds will be issued.6. This guarantee does not cover:
* Injury, accident, neglect, abuse, or poisoning;* Parasites, worms, coccidia, giardia, or other common puppy ailments;* Viral or bacterial infections contracted after the puppy leaves the Breeder’s care;* Reactions to vaccines, medications, foods, or environmental factors;* Conditions resulting from improper care, obesity, poor nutrition, or failure to seek veterinary treatment.
LIFETIME RESPONSIBILITY
7. The Purchaser agrees that this puppy shall never be surrendered to a shelter, rescue organization, pet store, research facility, auction, or similar entity.8. If at any time the Purchaser can no longer keep the puppy, the Breeder must be notified immediately and shall be given the first opportunity to assist with placement, rehoming, or return of the dog.
NON-DISPARAGEMENT
9. The Purchaser agrees to address any concerns or disputes directly with the Breeder.10. The Purchaser agrees not to knowingly publish false, misleading, defamatory, or malicious statements regarding the Breeder, Schnauzers Of Taylor, its dogs, breeding program, employees, volunteers, or representatives on social media, review sites, forums, websites, or other public platforms.
GENERAL TERMS
11. No verbal statements, promises, or representations shall alter this agreement.12. This agreement represents the entire understanding between the parties and is binding upon both parties and their heirs, successors, and assigns.13. If any provision of this agreement is determined to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.14. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this agreement, the sale of the puppy, or the parties’ relationship shall be brought exclusively in Bell County, Texas.15. The Purchaser agrees that any court costs, attorney fees, collection costs, and other legal expenses incurred by the Breeder in enforcing this agreement or defending any claim related to this agreement shall be the sole responsibility of the Purchaser to the fullest extent permitted by law.
